Agriculture is associated with increased consumption of food, fruits and vegetables which decreases risk for disease and can be a cost-effective way to provide citizens with adequate quantity and quality of fresh produce. Soil-less cultivation with hydroponics, aeroponics and limited-space cultivation with vertical garden are also being practiced at NCAT.
