In the organizational chart, the Chairman of the institution is on the top ladder in terms of financial and other infrastructural development initiatives followed by the Principal of the Institution is selected and appointed by the Chairman to the academic activities of NCAT and he should act as a bridge between the Chairman of the Institution and the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University by playing a dual role. The Heads of different departments will report to the Principal of the institution in respect of establishment and academic related activities as directed by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Rules and Regulations.
